Betfred launches Inspired virtual betting on mobile

Betfred, one of the UK’s leading retail and online bookmakers, has launched Inspired’s Virtual Sports Betting content on its mobile website. Betfred customers will now be able to bet on Inspired’s award-winning Virtual Horses, Virtual Greyhounds and Virtual Football via their mobile handsets. On average, 450 Virtual Sports events are now available for Betfred customers to bet on via mobile per day.

Betfred has been offering Virtual Sports Betting to customers since 2001, but upgraded to the bespoke platinum system in 2007, which allows the bookmaker to self-schedule the events, control the margins and brand the backgrounds of the events. The bookmaker offers a larger range of Virtual Sports and Numbers games in shops and online at Betfred.com, and plans to expand the number of Virtual Sports available on its mobile site in due course.
