Advance Replacement reaches new levels

The advance replacement service available from E-Service continues its popularity, in terms of quantity of daily orders and variety of components available.

Hanry Anjo, Advance Replacement Manager for E-Service (pictured) is regularly measuring his stock levels, along with the engineers working hard to ensure that the required quantities are on the shelves ready to be despatched.

This “team approach” has worked tremendously well and has resulted in 98% of advance replacement orders being shipped same day.

In addition the variety of components available has increased by 30% in the past year, which is thanks to customers demand for a wider range of advance replacement products.

The Nationwide free of charge collection and delivery service compliments their advance replacement facility, by once again saving customers time and money, returning their faulty components. E-Service are happy to collect the return on their van run service, along with any additional repairs, general spares, pool equipment and Hainsworth pool cloth.
