Who would have thought that from such humble beginnings with the introduction of one small kiddie ride in a Japanese department store almost half a century ago, Masaya Nakamura would be propelled into the world of coin-op and amusements destined to become Bandai Namco, one of the largest innovators in the global entertainment industry.

Despite the company’s success and prominent position within the European amusements sector, expansion continues unabated and Bandai Namco’s ambitious plans for 2012 will commence with its dominant presence at EAG International Expo.

The sheer breadth of Bandai Namco’s presentation at EAG International Expo is sure to impress visitors to the show. The company has a long history of developing and manufacturing successful games and plans to reveal some exciting new products, including a new development based around its iconic Pac-Man.

Bandai Namco Games is also the largest European third-party distributor of coin-op games and amusements, representing many leading manufacturers, including Raw Thrills, Apple Industries, Jennison Redemption and Komuse, through its Brent Sales division.

Commercial Director John Brennan is very positive about Bandai Namco’s plans for EAG International Expo 2012: “EAG international Expo is the most important European show for us. We’ve booked space at several European shows and also exhibit in conjunction with local partners but we view this event as a truly international show. ”For us it’s the curtain raiser on the new year and an ideal launch platform for new products.”

John also agrees that BALPPA’s involvement this year can only benefit the show and its exhibitors. “We were very pleased to learn of BALPPA’s support for EAG International Expo as we’re very active in parks and attractions.

“In fact this year we’ll be exhibiting some 3D games and products developed in conjunction with parks owners which will take this sector to a whole new level,” he revealed.

Bandai Namco has plans for various additional product releases including a new version of Clena-Flex, the highly successful 100% skill game and also the company’s first ever in-house ticket redemption product.

John Brennan continued: “For us the EAG international Expo provides a good opportunity for networking and meeting our customers. On-going customer care and support are a priority for us and Brent Electronic, our aftersales and spares division will be well represented. Our customers place a high level of trust in us, increasingly so in the current economic climate, and we’re proud of our support capability.”

Exciting new products, a glimpse of a new world of joint development with parks and attractions and experienced sales and support staff on hand – the Bandai Namco Games , Brent Sales and Brent Electronic teams are certain to reward the show with an unmissable experience.
