Advance Replacement for minimum machine downtime

E-Service has introduced an innovative new service, called Advance Replacement. It is ideal for times when speed is of the essence and there is no time to wait for equipment to be repaired and returned.

“When you have a faulty machine, downtime can be expensive and frustrating,” says E-Service’s Mike Clokie. “With Advance Replacement, we will provide a pre-prepared and tested Advance Replacement unit – to your depot, to your site, even to the engineer’s home or local Bybox location.

“It’s a simple, effective service, and we support it with a huge stock of reconditioned products across our E-Service locations.”

Advance Replacement works like this:

The customer calls and identifies the item required

E-Service configures and dispatches the unit(s) – with more than 95% chance of same-day dispatch*

The customer’s engineer fits the replacement part and returns the faulty item to  E-Service or puts it on their next van run

Providing a serviceable product is returned within 14 days, only the pre-agreed Advance Replacement Service is invoiced.
