BACTA Bikers are home and dry!

01/06/2011

We are pleased to report all the BACTA Bikers got home safely having endured a weekend of heavy rain and gale force winds during their trip to Skye. However, organiser Andy Murden was upbeat, ” it was not enough to dampen our spirits and we all enjoyed the camaraderie that bikers always share and good craik. We would like to thank all those who contributed to our charity raising efforts in these difficult times and am pleased to advise that we have raised in excess of £2,000 so far for Meningitis U.K. Should anyone wishto make a pledge they may do so through www.justgiving.com/Andy-Murden.”

The funds are in memory of beautiful Dylan Stott who was lost due  to a dreadful variant of Meningitis namely Meningococcal Septicaemia in 2005. Surj Stott and her husband Quentin of Reflex Gaming and their family are as ever all involved in raising money for Meningitis U.K.

BACTA Riders include: Dave Orton, Nick Harding, Bob Rudd, Phil Silver, Nik Novak, Tony Slater, Gus McLean, Tony Malkin, Joe Fletcher
