Our venues are all about fun and interaction so as an Operations Manager within our arcade, you will thrive on creating this environment, so every member of your team and every customer have a positive experience. Playnation loves entertaining their guests with sparkling promotions and adorable merchandise.

 

As the Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility of running your own venue and managing a team. You will be responsible for delivering a fantastic interactive customer experience at all times, ensuring you deliver our values. You will need pace and strong commercial skills as this is a fast paced, high turnover venue. You will need to inspire, lead and develop your team, so you must be hands on. You will need a commercial outlook to ensure the venue maximises sales, conversion rates and achieving company KPI’s.
