Get ready for Easter with E-Service – Part 4: Advance Replacements

With only a week to go before Easter it’s likely you will have completed those seasonal tasks such as cleaning, refurbishing machines and upgrading for the new 5p and 10p coins, as covered by Nick Holmes, Sales Manager for E-Service, in the first articles of this series. This week, for last minute urgent requirements, Nick introduces the company’s Advance Replacement Service.

“However well you plan ahead, there will always be those unexpected faults which need fixing,” says Nick. “To get the machine back up and running urgently, simply order an advance replacement part from E-Service and we deliver the next day. For Easter delivery you can order right up to next Wednesday 27th.”

Clive Binks from Quality Amusements of Whitstable, Kent is one customer who has benefited from the service: “We recently ordered a replacement screen from E-Service for our Games Warehouse equipment at 4pm and it arrived the following morning. The machine was up and running by midday!” says Clive.
