Jason Jarrett thanks industry for donations

Jason Jarrett of Automatic Machine Services in Kent wanted to thank the industry for its phenomenal help in sponsoring his off road bike ride in memory of his brother Garry.

Jason raised an amazing £15,118.12 for Kent Air Ambulance and visited their headquarters in Marden last month to present them with the cheque.

“We were treated to a tour of the premises, a close-up view of the Helicopter and a chance to chat to the Pilot and medical staff who attend numerous life-saving emergencies throughout the South-East of England,” says Jason.

“We were extremely proud to be able to present them with such a huge amount, which was very kindly raised by the many people who sponsored the “off-road bike ride” which I participated in, or who made a donation at Garry’s wake. This amount exceeded everyone’s expectations and will go a long way in providing continued support for this worthwhile charity, which relies solely on charitable donations,” he adds.

January also saw AMS welcome three new members of staff. Kelly has joined the Accounts Department, Sally is the Collections Supervisor and Ellen is a new Cash Collector. “The addition of these members of staff is another clear indicator of the determination and drive of our existing team of professionals, who are dedicated to driving the company forward and maintaining our position as leading suppliers in the South-East of England,” concludes Jason.
