Round up from the show floor, Sega/Cummins/Namco & Wexel

23/01/2013

Here are a few of the highlights

Wexel Gaming Stand 732 – innovative bingo solutions including a roulette game that generates random numbers via a topper feature which is a bingo ball blower. Wexel is working in conjunction with Simon and Jimmy Thomas who are pictured on their stand.

Wexel – bingo roulette machine.

Bandai Namco – a one-stop-shop for all your arcade needs – do check out the world premiere of Dead Heat Riders plus the new Play to Win range of redemption games. SnoCross is also attracting a good deal of attention on the stand. For those at the show looking for exciting new prizes, do check out the new NAM-GEAR range of electronics. The tablet computer and HD Video Camera have upgraded specs. and are simply amazing value at this price.

Cummins Allison – such a cheerful crew especially Rob Clarke who is pictured here with a cash counting and converting machine which is similar to those Coinstar machines you see in supermarkets that will take all your change and issue a ticket so that you can convert cash into notes at the counter. “This product would work well in larger FECs or bowling alleys,” he told Coin-op Community.

Sega Amusements Europe – we just love this image of the Sega team. Sega enjoyed a really positive first day and General Manager Justin Burke said it was the best first day he had ever experienced at EAG – high praise indeed! Given the weather and other factors, the number of visitors has exceeded expectations this year. There is so much to see on the Sega stand this year – we will post a few highlights below.

Sega only finalised the distribution deal for this chocolate crane on the Friday before the show – great value product and does what it says on the cabinet.

Here we see Justin with Milk Jug Toss – a redemption piece which is proving to be la creme de la creme (excuse the dreadful pun!). The concept is simple – throw the ball into the milk jug. However, the reality is it is not quite as easy as it seems – like all the best redemption games!
