George Irvin from Irvin Leisure, trading as Bet George, has been in business in London for over 35 years. When let down by a supplier in December last year, George picked up the ‘phone to E-Service and came up trumps – An engineer was in the area the same afternoon, visited site and immediately fixed several complex issues!

According to George Irvin, “We have used local companies until now, but recently they don’t seem to have sufficient stocks of spare parts to respond quickly.
