Leo steps up at Astrosystems

17/10/2012

Leo Bateman, sales executive at Astrosystems is no industry newcomer as he has been with the company for 13 years, starting in production. However, since the departure of Steve Priest, who is currently on gardening leave, the coin-op sector will be seeing a lot more of Leo.

“Coin-op and gaming is still our primary market,” Leo told Coin-op Community at today’s Kiosk Show in London. “We have an excellent range for the amusement sector now, including the ST2 note acceptor, which offers great value for money, the SP range and the new USB hub, which offers excellent, easy connectivity to a host of peripherals, such as hoppers.”

Leo and his colleague Debbie Malin were present at Kiosk London 2012 and explained that although the show was quiet by gaming standards, the quality of the visitor makes it worthwhile. “We have done this show before and we find that although it is small, it is attended by representatives of some of the larger retail groups, which makes it really worthwhile,” said Debbie.
