E-service prepared for Bank Holiday rush

With another bank holiday looming the E-Service team are prepared for the influx of additional advance replacement orders.

The sales team, now with new recruit Luke Watling on board, have historically seen additional orders of advance replacement components, leading up to bank holiday weekends.

Hanry Anjo, Advance Replacement Manager for the Service, Spares and Support company explained “Trend analysis has shown that bank holidays clearly increase sales of advance replacement spare parts and therefore we ensure that our stock levels are in place to satisfy the additional business.”

Anjo continued “Due to regular communication, working as a team and understanding the requirements our customers need ensures that we relish the challenges that the additional business brings.”

As always, the returns of any advance replacement order can be collected on the E-Service nationwide van run service, saving money on carriage , packing material and time
